Breezeblade Privacy Policy

1. Scope and data controller

This policy covers the Breezeblade mobile game (iPhone and Android; package name com.patrox.breezeblade), published by Patrox Yazılım ve Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi ("Patrox").

2. Data we collect

Breezeblade does not collect or process personal data. There are no accounts, sign-ups or logins. The game does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location or device identifiers, and nothing is sent to us.

3. Information stored on your device

• Game progress: crystals, best score, leaderboard, missions, badges, daily reward streak, upgrades and unlocked outfits
• Your game settings: sound and music volume, vibration, language, colorblind warnings and large text

This information is kept only on your device and is never sent to us or to third parties. It is deleted when you uninstall the app.

4. Ads, analytics and third parties

The game has no ads, in-app purchases, analytics, tracking or crash reporting. No third-party SDKs are used; the game engine's (Unity) analytics services are disabled and removed from the project. No information is sold or shared.

5. Permissions and internet connection

• No location, camera, microphone, photos or contacts permission is requested.
• On Android the only permission is VIBRATE (haptics), which can be turned off in the game's settings. On iPhone no permissions are requested.
• The game does not request internet access and never connects to any server; it works fully offline.

6. Children's privacy

Breezeblade does not collect personal data from anyone, including children, so there is no data processing that would require parental consent.

7. When you contact us for support

If you email us for support, the information in your email (e.g. your email address and device model) is used only to answer your request. Its processing is governed by the Patrox Personal Data Notice (KVKK): https://patrox.com.tr/kvkk-aydinlatma-metni

8. Your rights under KVKK

You can send requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 by email to info@patrox.com.tr or in writing to Fevziçakmak Mah. 10665 Sk. No: 2A Karatay / Konya. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.

9. Changes

If this policy is updated, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date. If a feature that collects data is ever added to the game, this policy will be updated before that feature goes live.
