1. Data controller

2. Personal data we process

• Identity: first and last name
• Contact: email address, phone number, company name
• Request details: services you are interested in, estimated budget and the content of your message
• Transaction security: IP address, browser and device information, date and time of access (server logs)
• Analytics and marketing (only with your consent): cookie identifiers, page view and interaction data

3. Purposes of processing

• Receiving, assessing and responding to your quote and contact requests
• Preparing service proposals and carrying out contract processes
• Keeping the website secure and preventing misuse
• With your consent, measuring and improving site usage and measuring advertising effectiveness
• Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities

4. Collection method and legal grounds

Your personal data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, through the contact form on our website, email correspondence and cookies, and is processed on the following legal grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK:

• Necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c): quote and contact requests
• Compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller (Art. 5/2-ç)
• Our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f): site security and server logs
• Your explicit consent (Art. 5/1): analytics and marketing cookies

Requests submitted through the contact form are forwarded by email and also stored in our company's Akisyon customer management system.

5. Transfers of personal data

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to:

• Suppliers providing our hosting, email and IT infrastructure
• Our legal and financial advisers in disputes and audits
• Competent public authorities upon request

Analytics and marketing services (Google, Microsoft, Meta) may process data on servers outside Türkiye. This transfer only takes place under Article 9 of the KVKK on the basis of the explicit consent you give in your cookie preferences; you can withdraw your consent at any time.

The Google reCAPTCHA check shown when a suspicious contact-form submission is detected may be processed by Google LLC on servers abroad to prevent abuse.

Messages written to the AI assistant on our site are sent to DeepSeek, a service provider abroad (China), to generate replies, and are not stored by us. The assistant does not ask for personal data; email and phone details in messages are masked before sending.

6. Retention

Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and the relevant legislation prescribes; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

• Quote and contact requests that do not lead to a contract: 2 years from the conclusion of the request
• Requests that lead to a contract and commercial records: 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code and Tax Procedure Law
• Server logs: 2 years
• Cookies: the periods stated in the Cookie Policy

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK
• Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
• Object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

8. How to apply

In line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can send your request in writing, with information identifying you, to Fevziçakmak Mah. 10665 Sk. No: 2A Karatay / Konya, or by email to info@patrox.com.tr from an email address you have previously given us and that is registered in our systems.

Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee schedule set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
