4. Contact form

The information you enter in the contact form is sent to our server over an encrypted connection so we can respond to your request; it is forwarded to our team by email and recorded in our company's Akisyon customer management system. These records and emails are kept for the periods stated in the KVKK Privacy Notice. To prevent abuse, submissions are briefly counted per IP address; in suspicious cases a Google reCAPTCHA check is shown. reCAPTCHA is operated by Google LLC and may process data on servers abroad.

5. AI assistant

Messages you write to the assistant in the bottom-right corner of our site are sent to DeepSeek, an AI service provider abroad (China), so that a reply can be generated. We do not store your messages. Email addresses and phone numbers in messages are masked before sending; still, please do not write personal details in the chat. Details you enter in the assistant's "Call me back" form are not sent to the AI; they are processed like the contact form.

6. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control, up-to-date software and browser security headers to protect your information. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your rights

You can find your rights under the KVKK and how to exercise them in the KVKK Privacy Notice. You can change your cookie preferences at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page.

8. Other sites

Our site links to other sites such as Akisyon and Patrox CEO. Their own privacy policies apply.
