PatroQnia Privacy Policy

1. Scope and data controller

This policy covers the PatroQnia mobile game (iPhone and Android; package name com.patrox.patroqnia), published by Patrox Yazılım ve Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi ("Patrox").

2. Data we collect

PatroQnia does not collect or process personal data. There are no accounts, sign-ups or logins. The game does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location or device identifiers, and nothing is sent to us.

3. Information stored on your device

• Game progress: in-game money, completed missions and the Konya Guide
• Your game settings

This information is kept only in a local file on your device and is never sent to us or to third parties. It is deleted when you uninstall the app.

4. Ads, analytics and third parties

The game has no ads, in-app purchases, analytics, tracking or crash reporting. No third-party SDKs are used, and the game engine's (Unity) analytics services are disabled. No information is sold or shared.

5. Permissions and internet access

• The game does not request location, camera, microphone or contacts permissions.
• On Android the app has only two permissions: INTERNET (the game engine's default) and VIBRATE.
• The game does not use the internet during play. The only exception is the "OpenStreetMap copyright page" button on the Licenses screen, which opens openstreetmap.org in your device's browser; the OpenStreetMap Foundation's own privacy policy applies there.

6. Children's privacy

PatroQnia collects no personal data from anyone, including children, so there is no processing that would require parental consent.

7. When you contact support

If you email us for support, the information in your email (such as your email address and device model) is used only to answer your request. Its processing is governed by the Patrox Privacy Notice: https://patrox.com.tr/en/privacy-notice

8. Your rights under Turkish data protection law (KVKK)

You can send requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data by email to info@patrox.com.tr or in writing to Fevziçakmak Mah. 10665 Sk. No: 2A Karatay / Konya. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.

9. Changes

If this policy is updated, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date. If a feature that collects data is ever added to the game, this policy will be updated before that feature goes live.
