Where is my save?
Your crystals, scores, badges and settings are stored on your device. If you uninstall the app, your save is deleted too; because we do not keep saves on a server, a deleted save cannot be restored.
The game stutters or runs slowly
- If your device struggles, the game lowers its graphics quality automatically; it should become smooth within a few seconds.
- Close other apps running in the background.
- If the problem continues, email your device model and a short description to info@patrox.com.tr.
Settings and accessibility
- Sound effects and music volume, vibration, language (Türkçe / English): main menu > SETTINGS.
- Colorblind warnings and large text are also on the SETTINGS screen.
- To see the tutorial again: SETTINGS > Show tutorial again.
Licenses
The licenses for the models, fonts and components used in the game are listed under "Licenses and credits" on the main menu and on the SETTINGS screen.
Are there accounts, ads or purchases?
No. There are no accounts, ads or in-app purchases. Crystals are earned only by playing. The game collects no personal data; see our privacy policy for details.
